Awards Update 31/7/2026:
Catalina Sustainable Home was just awarded another national award, picking up HIA GreenSmart Sustainable Home of the Year. This multi-award-winning home has now received nine state and three national awards, as well as being named a finalist in a further four state and five national awards.
Catalina Sustainable Home won two HIA Australian GreenSmart awards last week: Energy Efficiency and Display Home. Griff headed to Sydney last week with Peter from Nulook Homes to pick up the awards in person and attend the Future Fowards Expo held by the Housing Industry of Australia.
On Friday, we also won three awards at the Master Builders Association of WA Excellence in Building awards night: Display Home over $800k, Adaptable Living, and Sustainability in Residential Building.
