In addition to being environmentally sustainable Catalina has been certified silver level with Livable Homes Australia, making it the perfect space for multi-generational living.
Designed for climate: Designed for the Perth climate (hot summers and moderate winters) to achieve a balance between reducing cooling needs in summer and reducing heating in winter.
