Celebrating 40 Years of Supporting The Hunger Project

At Solar Dwellings, sustainability has always meant more than designing energy-efficient homes. It is also about helping to create a fairer, more sustainable future for communities around the world.

For every home Solar Dwellings designs, a contribution is made to The Hunger Project. Funds raised through many of our events also support the organisation’s vital work. This means our clients and event attendees become part of something much bigger-helping empower people to overcome hunger and poverty.

Griff’s 40-Year Commitment

This year marks a very special milestone for Solar Dwellings Director Griff Morris: 40 years of supporting The Hunger Project.

For four decades, Griff has remained committed to the organisation’s vision of a world without hunger. The Hunger Project works in partnership with communities, helping people develop the skills, confidence and resources they need to create lasting change and build a more secure future.

Rather than focusing only on short-term relief, its programs place people-particularly women-at the centre of the solution. This approach closely reflects Solar Dwellings’ belief that thoughtful choices made today can have a positive impact for generations.

Every Home Helps Make a Difference

When you choose Solar Dwellings to design your home, you are not only investing in a more comfortable, sustainable and energy-efficient place to live. Your project also contributes to programs helping communities create long-term solutions to hunger and poverty.

Every home designed, every event attended and every donation made helps contribute to this important work.
